Christine Francis, EdD, taught, led, and learned in urban and suburban public schools in the Greater Boston area for 41 years, as a teacher, staff developer, curriculum coordinator, principal, and assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction. She holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Boston College, M.Ed. and CAGS degrees from Lesley University, and a BA from Boston College.
Her current work as an education consultant focuses on effective and strategic leadership that incorporates collaboration among leaders and teachers; educator evaluation as a tool to promote professional collaboration among educators and successful learning experiences for all students; professional development that is aligned with school and district priorities and that focuses on continuous educator growth and student needs; and mentorship of school and district leaders. In 2014 - 15, she initiated and co-led a very successful series of Leadership Seminars for Assistant Superintendents through MASS (Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents).
