Programs and Courses
Our programs and courses reflect today's most urgent needs of educators and school systems and are built upon best practice, research-based learning models and decades of experience.
Most of our programs are cohort-based with set curriculum and program components. Many require individuals to apply for placement into the program.
We offer other programs that are run through the district and are facilitated and taught by Teachers21, such as Supervision for Growth and the The Effective Teaching Program. These programs are fully customizable, ensuring the program objectives align with your district's vision, goals, available resources and unique needs.
We also offer a variety of courses and workshops that individuals may enroll in without application or prerequisite. If a number of educators from a single district are interested in enrolling in an open enrollment program, online or graduate course, please contact the office as a group discount may be available.
Licensure Programs
We offer two DESE approved licensure programs for educators seeking licensure as principals, assistant principals, directors or superintendents.
Programs for Teachers
We offer three programs specially designed for teachers active in the field who are seeking to become more adept at their craft and better leaders of their classrooms.
Courses and Workshops
We offer a variety of courses and workshops throughout the year, open to anyone in the education field. Keep an eye out for special series like our Leadership Series and Summer Open Enrollment.
Graduate Credit Bearing Courses
Teachers21 has hundreds of credit bearing courses available.
We offer a limited number of courses online with up to 4 graduate credits.
Our partner educators offer specific programs tailored for community building, culturally proficiency, and social emotional learning.
School Leadership Programs
While leadership skills are embedded within all of our workshops, we offer some programs specifically designed for school leadership.

We believe that all educators are leaders, whether they are leading a classroom, school or district.
To be a leader one must also be a constant learner. Willingness to grow and modelling this for others is integral to building a successful education system.
